Delete your data
Everything LOGIQ stores is on your device, so you can remove all of it yourself.
There is no account to delete
LOGIQ has no sign-in and GrowRain operates no server holding your data. Your saved game, statistics, achievements, daily history and settings exist only in the app's private storage on your device. Removing them is immediate and permanent, and nothing needs to be requested from us.
Option 1 — reset statistics only
Keeps the app installed and your settings intact.
- Open LOGIQ and go to Statistics.
- Tap the reset icon in the top bar.
- Confirm Reset everything.
This erases all recorded games, streaks, daily challenge history and achievements.
Option 2 — reset preferences only
- Open Settings.
- Choose Reset all preferences and confirm.
Your saved game and statistics are not affected by this.
Option 3 — clear all app data
Removes everything at once while keeping the app installed.
- Open your device Settings.
- Go to Apps and select LOGIQ.
- Choose Storage, then Clear storage or Clear data.
The exact wording varies slightly between Android versions and manufacturers.
Option 4 — uninstall
Uninstalling LOGIQ removes the app together with all of its stored data from your device.
Backups
If your device backs up to your Google account, a copy of the app's data may exist in that backup. It belongs to your Google account rather than to GrowRain. You can manage or delete device backups from your Google account settings, and you can stop future backups from your device's backup settings.
Advertising data
Information processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is held by Google, not by GrowRain, so it is not removed by the steps above. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier under Settings → Privacy → Ads on your device, and manage Google's use of advertising data through your Google Ad settings.
