Terms of Service
The terms on which LOGIQ Sudoku is provided.
Applies to the LOGIQ Sudoku Android app published by GrowRain. Last updated 8 August 2026.
1. Agreement
These terms apply between you and GrowRain, the publisher of LOGIQ Sudoku ("the app"). By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
2. Licence
GrowRain grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you control, for your own non-commercial use. The app is licensed, not sold.
You agree not to:
- copy, redistribute or resell the app;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- remove or obscure any notices contained in it; or
- use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
3. No account
The app has no user account, registration or sign-in. Your progress and settings are stored on your own device, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Your data and your device
Because your game data lives on your device, it is your responsibility to keep it. Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage, or resetting statistics inside the app will delete that data permanently. GrowRain holds no copy and cannot restore it.
5. Advertising
The app is provided free of charge and displays advertising supplied by Google. Advertisements are not shown during active play. GrowRain does not select, endorse or control the specific advertisements shown, and is not responsible for the content of any advertisement or for any third-party site or offer reached through one.
6. No purchases or subscriptions
The app contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid tiers or virtual currency. Nothing in the app charges you.
7. Availability and changes
The app is provided as it is at the time you install it. GrowRain may update, change or discontinue the app, or any part of it, at any time. Updates are distributed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's own terms.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. GrowRain does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country. Where such law applies, these terms operate only to the extent that law permits.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowRain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Intellectual property
The LOGIQ name, the LOGIQ mark and the app's design and source code belong to GrowRain. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
11. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the app.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The revision date at the top of this page will change when they are, and the current version always appears here.
