How LOGIQ Sudoku handles information.

Summary
LOGIQ has no user accounts and no GrowRain server. Your puzzles, statistics and settings are created and stored on your own device, and GrowRain cannot see them. The app does show advertising, and the advertising software supplied by Google does process information about your device. That distinction is the whole of this policy, and the sections below set it out precisely.
Information stored on your device
The app writes the following to its own private storage on your device. None of it is transmitted to GrowRain.

This data is held in the app's private storage using Android's Room database and DataStore. It is not readable by other apps.
Puzzles are generated on your device
Every puzzle is produced by the app itself, on your device, and checked to have exactly one solution before it is shown. No puzzle content, solution or move is sent anywhere.
Backup
The app permits Android's standard backup, so your saved game, statistics and settings may be included in your device's backup to your own Google account, along with the rest of your phone's data. That backup belongs to you and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. GrowRain has no access to it. You can turn backup off in your device settings.
Advertising
LOGIQ displays advertising to fund development. Advertising is provided by Google using the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK, which is part of the app.
To select and measure ads, that SDK processes information about your device and how you interact with ads. Depending on your settings and region this can include your advertising identifier, IP address, general device information such as model and operating system version, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction events. This processing is carried out by Google, not by GrowRain, and GrowRain does not receive this information about you individually.
How Google uses data from apps that use its services is described in Google's partner policy. You can limit ad personalisation in your Android settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Consent
Where the law requires it — including the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — the app presents Google's consent form before requesting any advertisement. If you decline, or if the form has not been completed, the app does not request ads. Your choice is stored by Google's User Messaging Platform on your device and can be changed at any time from the consent options the form provides.
What the app does not do
- There is no LOGIQ account, login or profile.
- GrowRain operates no server that receives your data.
- There is no analytics SDK and no crash-reporting SDK in the app.
- The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or precise location.
- GrowRain does not sell your information.

Children
LOGIQ is a general-audience app. It is not directed at children, and GrowRain does not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the advertising SDK, contact us and we will help you raise it with Google.
Deleting your data
Because everything is stored on your device, you control it entirely. You can reset statistics from inside the app, clear the app's storage from Android settings, or uninstall the app to remove all of it. Full instructions are on the Delete your data page.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data handling changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Material changes will be reflected before the updated app version is released.
